Personal Practice: Loveable, Lunge-Able

In lunges your legs and hips are getting asked work asymmetrically, but also in a coordinated way that makes sense.

We all have a job to do and often more than one! It sticks to notice that one area might be struggling while your attention is pulled somewhere else.  In this class we explore the awareness of balance when things feel pulled in two different directions. Balance does not require perfection. It only asks for awareness to refocus, realign, and reintegrate when needed.

You'll explore kneeling and standing lunges.  Play with super strong transitions that move you from the ground all the way up to balance. Finally have a go at single-leg bridge or single-leg wheel.

A block is helpful for this class.
